Walton Construction Services began in 1947 when Reginald F. Walton founded Walton Electrical Engineering, a small commercial and industrial electrical company. The company continued to evolve over the years and in 1976 grew to include general contracting for commercial, industrial and residential projects. Walton Construction Services continues to this day as a fair and honest, family company under the leadership of Thomas W. Gibson with partners E. Lee Jackson and David Jackson. Together, they are committed to delivering to our clients the highest quality project possible.
Our teams of qualified field and office personnel have successfully completed numerous projects with significant site constraints. We specialize in the construction of Affordable Family Housing, Multi-Family Housing, Senior Living Housing, and Children Learning Centers.
Tom has over 42 years of experience in the construction industry including supervision and management. Tom is responsible for scheduling and coordinating manpower; reviewing subcontractor bids and awarding contracts.
Tom supervises architectural/engineering and building programs on-site. He prepares bank budgets for construction loans and works with developers and general contractors to resolve problems regarding contract or design interpretation.
E. Lee Jackson
Executive Vice President/Partner
Lee has over 30 years of experience in construction and civil engineering with extensive experience in public works contracting. As Executive Vice President for Walton Construction Services, Lee’s responsibilities include design, estimating, banking and bonding, relationships, construction overview and management. Lee also owns and directs California Commercial Pools, Inc., California’s largest institutional pool contractor.
Chief Estimator/Project Development
Paul has been at Walton since 2005. He is responsible for project development including providing quantity take off work, preparing cost estimates, and job proposals.
Senior Project Manager
Blake has been at Walton since 2011. Blake is responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers, project engineers, and superintendents. He provides leadership and support on large and complex projects during all phases of construction.
Chief Financial Officer
Richard has over 20 years of experience as a CPA with more than 18 years in the construction industry. Richard performs construction accounting and financial operations for the company.
Labor Compliance Administrator
Stephanie joined Walton in 2012. She currently oversees the Labor Compliance Department. She is responsible for all aspects of compliance oversight including coordinating with clients and compliance agencies to ensure that all subcontractors are adhering to state or federal prevailing wage requirements.
